TRANSPETROL, a.s., Šumavská 38, Bratislava 821 08, ID No.: 31341977, Joint Stock Company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, File No.: 507/B (hereinafter referred to as "TRANSPETROL") as the controller, obtains and processes personal data of data subjects, to whom it hereby provides information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") and with regard to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain acts ("PDPA").

Transmission to third countries shall not take place or make automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
Where the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the law, the provision of such data is a legal requirement. Failure to provide such data is not necessary to ensure the proper performance of the obligations TRANSPETROL, a.s., arising from the relevant general legislation. In this case, the website of the controller would not function in the event of non-provision of personal data.
In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject shall in particular have the following rights:
1) upon request, request TRANSPETROL, a.s. to confirm whether or not personal data are processed (access to personal data), under what conditions, including the scope, purpose and duration of the processing, and information on the source of the personal data concerned;
2) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to correct incorrect or outdated personal data or complete incomplete personal data;
3) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to delete/destroy personal data if:
(a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(b) in cases where personal data have been processed on the basis of consent and that consent to the processing of personal data has been withdrawn, where there is no other legal basis for the processing of personal data or other lawful exception;
(c) where the data subject objects to the processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or the data subject objects to direct marketing;
(d) the personal data are processed unlawfully;
(e) in order to comply with a legal obligation, personal data must be erased;
4) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to restrict the processing of personal data if:
a) the data subject objects to the accuracy of the personal data for a period allowing TRANSPETROL, a.s. to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
(b) the processing of personal data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
c) transpetrol, a.s. no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing personal data, but the data subject needs them to assert a legal claim;
5) file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
The data subject shall be entitled to make a request in relation to the above-mentioned rights to the responsible person zo_oou@transpetrol.sk, or in person or by post to the address of the controller. Replies to those requests by the data subject or action taken in response to those requests shall be provided free of charge.
