TRANSPETROL, a. s. has noticed the dissemination of fraudulent, false information on the social network Facebook, which damages its business name, as well as the personality and property rights of individuals.
In connection with the published message, TRANSPETROL, Inc. points out that it has not received any order to pay, has not made a transfer of EUR 2,000 or any other amount to Spanish citizens or citizens of another country after registration. The company does not require the registration of natural or legal persons, which would imply an obligation to make payment for such registration, does not offer any investment opportunities and in any case does not require the sending of any funds. The information provided on the social network is misleading, deceptive and is fully dissociated from it.
