TRANSPETROL, a.s., Šumavská 38, Bratislava 821 08, ID: 31341977, Joint Stock Company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, Insert No.: 507/B (hereinafter referred to as "TRANSPETROL") as the controller collects and processes the personal data of data subjects to whom it hereby provides information within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") and with regard to Act No. 18/2018 Of the Protection of Personal Data and on amendments to certain acts ("ZOOS").

Depending on the type of relationship with the controller, the table below shows the purposes of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the ÚU), the clear category of data subjects, the legal basis for their processing, the categories of ÚA processed as well as the period for which the controller will process them.
Purpose of personal data processing: NECESSARY COOKIES. The purpose of the processing is to transmit or facilitate the transmission of the message over the network or, where strictly necessary for the controller as an information society service provider, to provide the information society service explicitly requested by the website user.

To which countries do we transfer your personal data?
Transmission to third countries shall not take place or make automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
If the legal basis for the processing of personal data is a law, the provision of such data is a legal requirement. In case of failure to provide these data, it is not possible to ensure proper fulfilment of the obligations of TRANSPETROL, a.s. arising from the relevant general legislation. In that case, the operator's website would not work in the absence of personal data.
In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject shall in particular have the following rights:
1) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to confirm whether or not its personal data are processed (access to personal data), under what conditions, including the scope, purpose and time of their processing, and information about the source of obtaining the personal data concerned;
2) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to correct incorrect or outdated personal data or to complete incomplete personal data;
3) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to delete/destroy personal data if:
(a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(b) in cases where personal data have been processed on the basis of consent and this consent to the processing of personal data has been revoked, and there is no other legal basis for the processing of personal data or any other legal exception;
(c) where the data subject objects to the processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and there are no legitimate grounds for processing or the data subject objects to direct marketing;
(d) the personal data are processed unlawfully;
(e) in order to comply with the legal obligation, personal data must be erased;
4) upon request, require TRANSPETROL, a.s. to restrict the processing of personal data if:
a) the data subject objects to the accuracy of the personal data during the period enabling TRANSPETROL, a.s. to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
(b) the processing of personal data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
c) TRANSPETROL, a.s. no longer needs personal data for the purpose of processing personal data, but needs their data subject to make a legal claim;
5) file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Requests in connection with the above rights are the data subject entitled to apply to the data protection officer zo_oou@transpetrol.sk or in person or by post to the address of the controller. The "Cookie" privacy policy must be placed in the subject line of both the e-mail and the letter.
Replies to those requests by the data subject or measures taken on the basis of those requests shall be provided free of charge. If the data subject's request is manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular because of its repetitive nature (confirming request), TRANSPETROL, a.s. has the right to charge a fee taking into account its administrative costs for providing the information or a reasonable fee taking into account its administrative costs for the notification, or to take the requested measure or has the right to refuse to act on such a request.

In May 2019, TRANSPETROL, a. s. launched a free testing operation of the Electronic Services Portal (hereinafter referred to as the EC portal) intended for the public in order to provide electronic communication with the public in selected areas.
The first agenda of the EC portal is the electronic submission of requests for comments on the existence of technical objects in the protection zone of the pipeline.
Natural as well as legal persons need a statement, for example, for the purposes of zoning or construction proceedings, but they can also ask for an opinion on the intended purchase of real estate, etc. The EC portal allows for informative verification of whether there is a pipeline protection zone in a particular cadastral area and consequently allows electronic submission of an application for a statement on the existence of technical objects in the protection zone of the pipeline. The applicant can then follow the progress of the processing of the application thus submitted through the portal, the opinion being made available to him in electronic form immediately after its issue and subsequently received by post an opinion in writing applicable to legal acts.
